Stonehouse Groundworks & Construction have a specialist team to carry out demolition and site preparation. We can arrange for a full demolition and refurbishment survey to be carried out and subsequent asbestos removal through a licenced contractor.

Stonehouse will also undertake site clearance, tree removal and surgery if required using fully trained staff working in conjunction with the local authority’s tree officers. We can also supply and erect tree protection. We work closely with local authorities, tree officers and ecologists where required to ensure the environmental impact is minimalised.

We provide a complete demolition service providing our clients with a safe, clear site ready for building.

We can also crush, on site, suitable materials generated during the demolition phase for use later in the construction phase of the project

Where possible we try and reclaim and recycle any materials generated during the demolition phase.
